In H1 2026, US textiles-apparel imports confirmed the trend observed in 2025. Out of $51 billion worth of textiles-apparel imported by the USA in January-June this year, approximately $8.7 billion, up 2.9%, came from Vietnam, while $6.6 billion, down 29.7%, came from China, which lost its long-standing position as the USA’s leading supplier.
