Groz-Beckert will target Indonesia’s knitting industry when it exhibits at Indo Intertex in August, the exhibition’s first in-person edition following the Covid-19 pandemic. The largest trade fair in Southeast Asia will once again be open to numerous exhibitors and visitors from the textile and garment industry this year with the Albstadt-based textile systems supplier presenting product highlights from the areas of knitting, weaving, felting, carding and sewing.
The Knitting product area will be exhibiting as a system provider offering perfectly coordinated needles and system parts for the warp and weft knitting sector as well as special application needles for processing staple fibres and for the production of technical and industrial textiles. Amongst the latest innovations from Groz Beckert’s knitting product area is the SAN SF staple fibre needle and the SNK SF staple fibre sinker, which is especially designed for use on large diameter circular knitting machines.
The company also offers the dur needle, which is particularly suitable for high loads on sock machines thanks to its optimized geometries, and the SAN TT, which is for application-specific use in the field of technical textiles for flat knitting machines and a needle that enables new dimensions of fineness to be achieved in the flat knitting area.
Visitors will also be able to view Groz-Beckert’s latest developments in the area of warp knitting. The warp knitting machine needles and system parts from Groz-Beckert are precisely matched to each other, the company says, achieving an even and error-free warp knitting process. Elsewhere, the Sewing area will be presenting its comprehensive portfolio of special application needles, demonstrating their various properties tailored to the relevant application at the exhibition booth via augmented reality.
In addition to its product portfolio, the company will also be presenting a digital service at Indo Intertex: the Groz-Beckert Customer Portal with integrated product catalog and online shop. The exhibition will take place from 10 –13 August 2022 at the Jakarta International Expo, Indonesia, with Groz Beckert located in Hall A, Booth G-8.
