T.T. Limited has commenced commercial production at its newly established factory in Howrah, West Bengal, starting July 2025. Spanning 1.25 lakh sq. ft., the facility is located within the West Bengal Hosiery Park, a strategic location known for its robust knitting ecosystem and skilled workforce. Proximity to Kolkata and its port also provides a logistical edge, particularly for exports.
The new unit will manufacture innerwear and casual wear, catering to both the expanding domestic market and emerging export opportunities. These include the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with the UK and the anticipated bilateral trade agreement with the USA, which is expected to provide India a tariff advantage over China.
The facility is projected to produce 3.5 to 4 million pieces annually once it reaches full-scale operations by Q3 FY2025. With additional space available, T.T. Ltd. plans to double capacity after stabilizing current operations over the next 3 to 6 months. The unit will also serve as a key distribution hub for Eastern India.
To meet global quality and compliance standards, the entire machinery setup has been imported from renowned international manufacturers. The company has registered for SEDEX certification, ensuring full compliance with ethical and sustainability standards from day one.
