Tricia has been a catalyst for sustainable transformation throughout her career, winning acclaim for her innovative approach to global partnerships and thought leadership on fashion sustainability. At Lenzing Fibers, she played an essential role in introducing and expanding the TENCEL brand across North America, helping establish it as a benchmark for responsible fiber innovation. Her ability to build strong collaborations with mills, retailers, and brands fostered long-term industry-wide adoption of sustainable materials. She also spearheaded Carved in Blue, a globally recognized platform that has driven dialogue and thought leadership on sustainability topics.
Most recently, at Renewcell, Tricia was instrumental in promoting Circulose, a breakthrough recycled material that has helped redefine circularity in fashion. Her work highlighted the critical need for collaboration between material innovators, brands, and policymakers to drive systemic change.
