In a major step toward digital growth, the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Textilepages.com, a Leading Textile B2B platform connecting textile and apparel exporters with global buyers.
The MoU was signed at the BGMEA Complex, Uttara, Dhaka, in the presence of senior government officials, BGMEA members, including Inamul Haq Khan Bablu, Senior Vice President of BGMEA, and Shehab Udduza Chowdhury, Vice President of BGMEA.
The agreement was signed by Md. Anwar Hossain, Administrator of BGMEA, and Rahman Rob Bhuiyan, Founder of Textilepages.com and CEO of B2bmap.com. This collaboration is designed to help garment exporters, especially SMEs, build global visibility with minimal cost and effort.
BGMEA Members can easily create digital business profiles, list and showcase their products, and use buyer connection tools. No technical skills are required – onboarding is guided and user-friendly.
Textile, fabric or apparel importers now take advantage of the platform’s powerful post buy requirement feature for buyers to receive global inquiries. Additionally, BGMEA members can showcase their company through a verified textile business listing for apparel exporters and attract international sourcing agents and brands. These tools are especially valuable for SMEs that lack access to large trade exhibitions or costly B2B marketing channel support.
