K.M. Subramanian, President said Shubhra, Trade Advisor, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India visited Netaji Apparel Park (NAP), New Tirupur, 11th April 2023.
K.M. Subramanian said after Trade Advisor visiting factories and observing the facilities, including Solar power available in the park, a meeting was held at NAP with her and it was appealed to help to address the points like Production Linked Incentive – 2.0 Scheme, Requirement of New Technology Upgradation Fund Scheme (TUFS), Interest Equalisation Scheme, Requirement of a Special Scheme For MSMEs Under ECLGS, Bank Basel II Norms And NPA Classification, to Give Time Extension for the Implementation of Polyester Staple Fibre, Filament and Their Value-Added Products QCOs Until BIS issues Certificate to all Applications filed by Foreign Suppliers and Infrastructure Development Fund.
K.M.Subramanian said Shubhra, Trade Advisor has said PLI II scheme would be threshold investment limit of Rs.25 cr and Rs.50 cr and investment in Accessories may be at lower level. K.M. Subramanian said Shubhra, Trade Advisor has also advised to support for the QCOs, which would be beneficial for the Business for long run.
