“KANSAI SPECIAL” brand of Morimoto MFG. Co., Ltd. Japan, a leading sewing machine manufacturer had conducted the “NEXGEN -2023 Private Show” at Velan Hotel’s Manchester Hall in Tirupur – Knit city of India on 11th Aug and 12th Aug 2023.
The show was inaugurated by K.M. Subramanian, President Tirupur Exporters Association, Tirupur (also Founder & Chairman of K.M. Knitwear Private Limited) & N. Thirukkumaran, General Secretary Tirupur Exporters Association, Tirupur (also CEO/Director of Esstee Exports India Pvt Ltd) & MKM. R. Balasubramaniam, Deputy Mayor –Tirupur Corporation.

In the show KANSAI displayed various types of Industrial Sewing Machines for Apparel Garment Industries in the Sector of Knits, Denim & Woven, New Arrival Machines and Automation.
The concept and objective of the show was to reduce cost of production, consistency in quality with semi-skilled operators.
In the automation, the company displayed the Automatic Circular Bottom Hemming Machine,
Automatic Sleeve Hemming Machine, Shirt Fronting with Auto Cutter, Neck Rib Attach with Tape Attaching. During the show two seminars were also held on Lean Management and Machine Maintenance.
