Automated solutions provider in Sri Lanka’s apparel industry, Apparel Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, held its ‘Lectra Stellar Awards’ at Shangri-La Colombo. The awards recognised and rewarded outstanding performance in Lectra cutting rooms across Sri Lanka’s apparel and technical textile industries.
MAS Intimates Slimline won the primary Best Cutting Room Award, with an 87.89% overall achievement, underscoring their excellence in leveraging Lectra Auto Cutters. MAS Kreeda Shadeline was bestowed with the Most Improved Cutting Room Award.
Other notable award category winners include Benji Ltd, Emjay International, Karandagolla, Ansell Textiles, Unichela, Panadura, MAS Intimates – Linea Clothing, GP Garments and Aqua Dynamics. The winners list also includes, Crystal Martin Ceylon, Dambulla, Unichela, – Slimtex Division, Alpha Apparels and Omega Line, Vavuniya and Sandalankawa.
The rigorous judging for the Lectra Stellar Awards consisted of a data-driven evaluation process, which emphasised key performance metrics such as efficiency, uptime and cutting room performance, ensuring that most deserving cutting rooms are recognised for their operational excellence.
