Iluna Group continues to stand out for its commitment to Research & Development, exploring cutting-edge solutions that combine great design, innovation and quality, always looking for the lowest environmental impact. This vision reflects the company’s extensive experience in material knowledge, processing and production techniques, establishing Iluna Group as a leader in promoting these values within the entire lace supply chain.
At TexPremium 2024, Iluna Group will feature a curated selection of innovative, certified, and sustainable materials. From multicolored lace with iridescent effects to Lurex cords, glossy finishes with GRS-certified laminates, and overprinted effects that bring dynamic effects to life.
The new SS26 collection will also showcase refined, high-quality GRS-certified Lurex nets and laces, offered in a wide range of vibrant and luminous colors made with Qnova and Renycle recycled polyamides. These elegant laces are further enhanced with premium stretch properties, made possible by the use of ROICA EF fiber, ensuring unparalleled comfort and sustainability. Large-scale floral patterns blend with geometric elements, bringing to life dynamic pieces where nothing is ordinary but always surprising!
Among the most innovative developments, also applicable to beachwear, is a high water-saving GRS-certified print, applied to very fine Lurex nets, which are also certified.
A pioneer company in the field of sustainability and a promoter of continuous research for low-impact environmental solutions and maximum respect for the planet, since 2018 Iluna Group has been GRS certified for its sustainable Green Label range. A collection that proposes a new responsible approach towards the environment and people, combining innovation, aesthetics, and quality at 360°.
From the polymer to the finished lace, Iluna Group is able to guarantee full control and total traceability of the entire production chain, measuring the company’s sustainability growth through the Higgs Index.
Over the years, the company’s share of sustainable production has steadily increased, growing from 3% in 2018 to over 50% in 2022. Since 2016, the company has produced 7.5 million meters of Green Label lace, using 92,810 kg of GRS-certified recycled polyamide, saving 1.5 million liters of water consumption. Recent product innovations include customizable GRS Lurex nets with equally certified prints, special finishes – such as printing and flocking – and materials like organic cotton, FSC-certified mass-dyed viscose, and the premium recycled elastomer ROICA EF, from the ROICA Eco Smart family.
