
FIMAST, the leading Italian show for hosiery and knitting machinery, will open its doors from 30 May-2 June 2018 at the Brixia Forum, Fiera di Brescia, Italy. “The exhibition will showcase the most important machinery production of this particular field, worldwide recognised as the most advanced, versatile and reliable,” organisers say.
FIMAST (International Textile Machinery and Accessories Trade Show) is a specialised trade fair being held at the Fiera di Brescia (Brescia Trade Fair) which has a particular emphasis on technologies for the production of socks and hosiery. Brescia and its surrounding area has always been one of the most important manufacturing centres for hosiery and sock manufacturing machinery, as well as home to many internationally renowned producers of socks and hosiery. Some of the exhibiting companies, which have confirmed their participation, include Triveneta GrandiImpianti, an Italian leader in the production of rotary dryers for industrial laundries and dying plants. Founded in 1969, it boasts a thirtyyear experience in the production of rotary dryers. The company offers an extended product range, from small dryers for sampling up to large production dryers, with steam heating, natural gas or lpg heating and electrical. “We offer a service that starts from the project of the plant and supports the customer throughout the machine lifespan,” the company reports.
Another company exhibiting its products at the show is Aghitech, a leading supplier of brand new genuine spare parts for socks, pantyhose and seamless machines. “Aghitech has an extensive worldwide network, very well established during the past 30 years presence in this market. Such organisation allows a prompt reply and quick delivery time, granting the best pricing level for original parts made in Italy,” the manufacturer reports. Among participating machinery manufacturers will also be Tek-Ind. Established in 1982, it is nowadays a reliable specialist in screen printing machines, specifically designed both for the graphic and textile sector.
