CCPL India has successfully installed the KIRAY MAKINA ROY1919 Standalone Scouring & Washing Machine in South India (Tirupur) at Freshlotus Pvt. Ltd.
The ROY1919 Scouring Washing Machine is designed for both knitted and woven fabrics and is specially developed to remove paraffin, natural cotton oils, polyester oils, and other impurities originating from yarn.
This advanced scouring solution significantly reduces environmental impact by lowering the consumption of water, steam, and electrical power, making it an efficient and sustainable choice for modern textile processing.
The machine features a combination of nozzle spraying and dipping washing systems. With the help of nozzle technology and suitable oil-removal chemicals, oils and paraffins are effectively removed from the fabric. These contaminants are converted into a liquid phase, ensuring they do not negatively affect the effluent treatment plant (ETP). The separated impurities can be efficiently handled and refined within the purification system.
During the washing process, dissolved oils and paraffins are continuously removed from the water using a rotating disc system. Solid particles released from the fabric are filtered out, ensuring cleaner process water. The extracted paraffin, oil, and particles are discharged through the filtration system.
