
Established in 2008, Hi-Tech Sewing Systems is a professional company developed by a team of experienced engineers with an objective to support the apparel industry, leather industries & home textiles industry a “complete solution for garmenting,” right from cutting to finishing equipments. Hi-Tech Sewing Systems is one of the foremost names in the Sewing Machine products, having long experience for this field as one of the leading agent.
Until now the company was working from a rented building but recently opened its own office with service center, demo center and warehouse facilities on 31st March 2017 in Tirupur. The office cum showroom building which is spread over in the area of 4,500 sq ft. was inaugurated by a ribbon cutting ceremony, which was performed by Raja M Shamnugam, President, Tirupur Exporters Association (TEA).
The company is at the fore-front of quality products and has constantly emerging as a pioneer of quality products. It represents some of the world class brands like Winda Cad Cam, Shingling, IMA, Inspire, Brother, Kansai Special, Racing, Salli, Rimac, Kinna automations, espriTech, Cornely Barotta, New Mec etc. Besides, it also manufactures and sells fabric inspection machines under its brand name Hi Tech. At this new building, the company will be displaying wide range of machines from all its principal brands and own brand Hi-Tech, which are sold in INR.
“Despite of various ups and downs in last few years, in terms of business our company grew by 20-30 per cent per annum. Our motto is to support customer with innovated products through innovation & excellent, prompt service, complete solution for garmenting, experienced professionals and technically sound products,” says S Kesavamoorthy, Managing Director, Hi-Tech Sewing Systems.
“The apparel industry of Tirupur is growing at a good pace nowadays but one of the major problems it is facing is the scarcity of labour force. So, we as a company are always working on and adding new automatic machines to our profile to eliminate the labour force in the production process. We are dealing in automated machines, only with the aim of minimising cost and labour. We have already upgraded almost all our garment machine solutions from various segments, and now are working on to automise the sewing systems also,” says S Kesavamoorthy.
