In March 2018, Machines Highest Mechatronic GmbH – MHM Machines was acquired by LFFICIENCY Holding, the German owner of the Tesoma dryer brand. Previous to the management buyout, MHM had been owned by the Italian company Arioli Spa. Group for seven years. In the past three years, the company’s turnover has doubled and employment across the company has increased by 30 per cent. It seemed the next logical step to move MHM into a new era.
The new and young management team, the strategic investor LFFICIENCY Holding has great plans for the future. The takeover is a strong forward-looking signal for the location in Austria and the basis for further strong growth. The company holding already owns Tesoma GmbH as a technology. This results in excellent synergies. Further members of the holding are the tech companies FRESITEC GmbH (silicon processing), Loser Chemie GmbH (chemical products), the chemical plants Tangermunde (solar cell recycling) and LoComp GmbH as developers for modern fibre composites.
