Apparel Manufacturers of India, also known as AMI, is India’s leading apparel group of manufacturers and traders who have been striving to bring in support and opportunities for the entire garment industry in India. They are all set to host their upcoming fair in Chennai. The fair will take place from 03rd – 05th March at Hotel Green Park, Vadapalani in the presence of leading manufacturers and traders of readymade and unstitched garments of ladies, gents and kids wear.
With the global economic slowdown having started to affect small and medium businesses in India, and with the unabated spread of coronavirus in China, now triggering in business concerns, AMI aims at addressing these situations and bringing in growth solutions. In times of such a slowdown, platforms like AMI act as catalyst for growth.

AMI, which is by far the most popular apparel trade fair in South of India, started in 2015 and till date has conducted 20 fairs. AMI has been conducting exceptional fairs, inviting nearly 3500 retailers per edition and hosting brands, MBO’s, chain stores all under one roof to showcase more than 100 brands from Mumbai, in every edition.
This year too they will have around 100 brands from Mumbai showcasing their latest fashions and trends for festive season to retailers across Tamil Nadu. Some of the key brands which are always present include Era, Gvankee, Diya Design Studio, 90ml, Femi Designs, Fayon Troupe, Lafille, Final Choice, EL2, and many more, will showcase their collection this time too.
