Textile machinery manufacturer Baldwin Technology has forged a partnership with leading agency Bluetec, which will take responsibility for overseeing sales throughout Mexico.
Bluetec has been active in Mexico’s textile sector for more than 25 years, with experience connecting machinery manufacturers with stakeholders in Central America.
“The textile industry in Mexico is looking for solutions to help reduce manufacturing costs. Baldwin’s precision spray technology provides savings in energy, water and chemistry,” noted Bluetec’s general manager, Daniele Uslenghi.
Baldwin’s precision systems for finishing use non-contact spray technology to provide controlled coverage and ensure only the required amount of liquid is applied, saving resources and money.
The US firm says that, due to the amount of water and chemicals applied, water consumption can be cut by up to 50 percent, yielding sustainability benefits for customers.
Commenting on the Bluetec partnership, Baldwin’s Vice President of global business development for textiles, Rick Stanford, said: “We find that this organisation has an excellent reputation in the Mexican textile industry, with a portfolio of machinery principles that provides excellent synergy for our product lines. We’re extremely excited to be onboard.”
To date, Bluetec has worked with the likes of Mahlo, EFI Reggiani, Ferraro, Bruckner and now Baldwin.
